Pool and Beach Attendant

Job overview

The Pool and Beach Attendant works onsite at Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater, FL. Pay is $15 per hour plus tips or commission. The role supports the resort’s pool operations and guest experience. The attendant welcomes guests, prepares and maintains the pool deck, and keeps towels and facilities ready throughout the shift. The role also supports guest safety by following pool procedures and using first-aid and lifesaving procedures when situations demand.

What you'll do

• Greet pool guests professionally
• anticipate and respond to guest needs
• maintain positive guest relations
• stay informed about hotel facilities and services
• obtain, transport, fold, and stack clean towels
• open and organize the pool deck
• set up furniture, towels, and umbrellas
• remove trash and debris
• sweep, wash, mop, and dry the deck
• check pool restrooms for supplies, cleanliness, and working order
• follow pool safety procedures
• collect used towels
• use first-aid and lifesaving procedures when needed
• complete closing duties.
