What you'll do

• Assist nurses with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals
• document vital signs, weight, meal intake, and bowel and bladder information
• assist with restorative nursing
• answer call lights
• observe safety and infection-control procedures
• report resident concerns or changes to nurses
• assist with transfers and ambulation
• complete ADL tracking
• mentor new CNAs
• and restock supplies.
