Students eligible for Missouri Rule 13 certification may have the opportunity to represent clients in court.

What you'll do

• Conduct client interviews and initial case assessments
• obtain discovery and other evidence
• prepare clients for administrative hearings or trials
• write briefs and legal memoranda
• attend community outreach and education events. Court representation may be available to students eligible for Rule 13 certification.
