The Senior Property Manager is an onsite role in New Albany, IN, with a Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $68,640 per year. What you'll do

• Oversee leasing, marketing, occupancy, unit turnover, applicant screening, showings, leasing paperwork, move-ins, renewals, and annual recertifications. Maintain tenant files and submit required documentation. Manage budgets, rent increases, collections, deposits, and ledgers
• issue late notices and coordinate evictions as needed. Inspect properties and units, coordinate maintenance work orders and projects, address resident concerns, and oversee onsite office and maintenance staff, including timecards, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
