What you'll do

• Welcome clients and patients
• maintain a clean reception area
• answer phones, emails, and questions
• direct concerns to the appropriate team member
• triage client concerns
• schedule appointments
• check clients in and out and process payments
• communicate veterinary information clearly
• provide discreet emotional support during sensitive situations.
