What you'll do

• Prepare, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes
• gain exposure to kitchen stations including grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout
• explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests
• support the team during peak and off-peak service
• follow food safety standards and help maintain the restaurant's health grade.
