Float Regional Support Professional — Evenings and Overnights

What you'll do

• Support individuals with disabilities with meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, social interaction, and housekeeping
• provide support at different sites as assigned
• assist with medication administration and implanted device management
• support nursing assessments, health monitoring, triage, care planning, hospice care plans, wound management, and patient and caregiver education as applicable to the role.
