HVAC Service Coordinator

Job overview

The HVAC Service Coordinator role is onsite in Houston, TX, with pay of $21–$25 per hour. Environmental Air Systems is an independently owned Texas HVAC company serving the greater Houston area for more than 44 years. The coordinator keeps the service department operating efficiently by scheduling and dispatching technicians, communicating with customers and field staff, and adjusting assignments as service needs change. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians
• assign calls based on technician location, experience, availability, and priorities
• track workloads and job progress
• communicate appointments and service updates
• handle service inquiries and coordinate appointments
• assess urgent requests
• maintain customer, equipment, and work-order records in service software
• coordinate with the Service Manager
• resolve scheduling conflicts.
