What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients using EHR registration protocols
• order sleep study devices and upload reports
• review future schedules for insurance and required documentation
• schedule appointments
• provide overflow call-center coverage as necessary
• open and close the clinic according to guidelines
• ensure documentation and patient payments are completed
• order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed
• cross-train as a Medical Assistant and assist with other non-clinical duties as needed.
