What you'll do

• Supervise Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping teams
• support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and personnel actions
• coordinate department scheduling and coverage
• monitor labor and expense controls
• assign duties and observe performance
• train teams on hotel amenities and local information
• maintain brand standards and cleanliness
• maintain operational and financial records
• participate in weekly team meetings
• resolve guest complaints and team member issues
• lead in the General Manager’s absence
• cover scheduled departmental shifts
• correspond with groups and travel agents
• assist with sales and marketing
• maintain emergency procedures
• assist with annual budgets and wage surveys.

Why this role

Requires an associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field, at least three years of hotel or hospitality experience, and at least two years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, sales and marketing, or related professional areas.
