Wellness Instructor

The Wellness Instructor role is an onsite position in Greensburg, IN. The posting states pay of $12 per hour. The role exists to lead safe, engaging group fitness classes for participants with varied fitness levels and abilities. Through instruction, adaptations, and attention to participant safety, the instructor supports an inclusive environment and encourages member satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead scheduled group fitness classes such as HIIT, yoga, cycling, strength training, and Zumba
• modify and progress exercises for different skill levels
• demonstrate proper form and technique
• monitor participants and respond to safety concerns or injuries
• maintain the fitness area and equipment
• support association-wide initiatives.
