What you'll do

• Greet and register patients
• obtain or verify insurance and patient information
• collect signatures, co-pays, and fees
• answer and transfer calls
• schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments
• orient patients to preparation and safety protocols and provide directions
• coordinate with back-office staff
• safeguard patient health and financial information, property, and onsite medications
• maintain professional, respectful interactions.
