What you'll do

  • Oversee daily program operations, staffing schedules, supplies, and budgets
  • supervise staff and student interns
  • lead multidisciplinary meetings
  • maintain program statistics, reports, and documentation
  • ensure compliance with CARF, DMHAS, Medicaid, and other standards
  • monitor outcomes and performance targets
  • develop community partnerships and coordinate services
  • promote programs and enrollment
  • support service development
  • provide clinical coverage, including intakes, assessments, crisis intervention, and caseload management as needed.
