Job overview

The Team Member role is onsite in Metairie, LA. Pay is $15 per hour. The role supports CAVA’s restaurant guest experience and its aim to make it simple for people to eat well and feel good. The Team Member welcomes and assists guests, explains menu options, assembles customized orders, and maintains clean, stocked, safe work areas. The role helps deliver consistent food quality and a memorable customer experience while supporting restaurant operations.

What you'll do

• Educate guests about the menu and assemble orders as requested
• keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized
• follow recipes and procedures
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• restock stations
• put deliveries away
• cross-train across the restaurant
• assist with additional assigned duties.
