What you'll do

• Receive members in person and by telephone
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan and mortgage payments, VISA transactions, official checks, and money orders
• explain and refer credit union services
• maintain and balance a cash drawer
• complete required reports
• operate coin and check-imaging equipment
• support opening, closing, and day-end procedures
• research account discrepancies and process account requests.
