What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screening, prepare lease and move-in documents, and support move-ins
• inspect apartments before move-in
• monitor market and competitor conditions and implement marketing plans
• conduct offsite outreach and use internet marketing tools
• track availability and leasing activity in property management software
• maintain show-quality spaces
• follow up with prospects and residents
• prepare and deliver renewal documents
• respond to resident concerns
• complete administrative and financial reports. Must be available to work weekends when scheduled
• routine local travel may be required.
