What you'll do

• Support the DriFlow Manager with scheduling, reports, and KPI tracking
• maintain crew rotations, assignments, time-off coverage, and employee location records
• monitor field activity and wellsite schedules
• review downtime logs
• coordinate inventory restocking and new-hire onboarding
• maintain project documentation
• review district spending and reconcile job costs
• verify timecards and payroll details
• coordinate training and credentials
• arrange crew travel and lodging and manage travel receipts and accounts.
