The role also supervises and mentors junior legal staff and contributes to client engagement and business development while maintaining and growing client relationships.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, and securities compliance
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
• ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants
• participate in firm meetings, business development, and client engagement initiatives.
