What you'll do

• Lead receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics and adjust operations to support throughput and accuracy
• coach associates and hold them accountable to performance, attendance, safety, and operational standards
• conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities
• ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, safety standards, and procedures
• identify process improvements and partner with leadership.
