The Private Client Banker (Private Banker I) role is onsite in Aspen, CO, with pay of $27.89–$34.14 per hour. The position is primarily service-focused and supports First Western Trust’s consumer banking clients. The banker handles teller and private banking transactions, responds to account requests, and supports branch operations while building client relationships. Accurate service and coordination with Operations, Compliance, and Security help meet client needs and business objectives.

What you'll do

• Perform teller functions, including cash handling, deposits, account transactions, and end-of-day processing
• process transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions
• assist with check orders, statement copies, debit card disputes, account maintenance, and online banking
• support front desk and office administration
• open consumer deposit accounts and complete client onboarding
• maintain client relationships
• collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Security
• maintain knowledge of products, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent banking experience; 0–3 years of client-facing banking experience required; notary public certification required within 90 days of hire.
