What you'll do

• Build coaching relationships with teachers and center leaders
• observe classroom practice, interactions, routines, environments, and curriculum implementation
• identify coaching goals and practical next steps
• provide modeling, practice, training, resources, and feedback
• support use of curriculum, planning, assessment, and family communication tools
• document coaching goals and outcomes
• manage a cluster-based schedule and travel
• participate in onboarding and professional development
• collaborate with the Education Team.
