What you'll do

• build relationships with employees and customers
• support opening, closing, cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits
• ensure compliance with company policies
• maintain store and work areas
• assist with activations, service changes, bill payments, equipment replacement, accessories, price plan changes, and upgrades
• achieve assigned performance metrics.
