What you'll do

• prepare apartments after moves or renovations and report maintenance needs
• move furniture and equipment
• set up rooms for meetings and events
• care for hard-surface floors and carpets
• remove trash
• maintain housekeeping equipment
• communicate with staff about resident status changes.
