What you'll do

• Coordinate marketing events, campaigns, and trade shows
• manage scheduling, shipping, setup, printing, and logistics
• communicate with vendors, event coordinators, and internal stakeholders
• report on email, advertising, and social media campaigns
• track marketing work through production
• clean spreadsheets for data import
• maintain the project calendar
• update sales teams on marketing activities
• update Wix pages
• set up emails and lists in marketing automation tools
• track campaign and event spending
• post on LinkedIn.
