What you'll do

• Lead front-of-house operations
• manage schedules, staffing, deployment, breaks, and overtime
• oversee timecards, tips, gratuities, and payroll submission
• manage beverage ordering, inventory, and cost controls
• maintain Toast menu content
• hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop employees
• manage member relationships, reservations, seating, guest recovery, and service flow
• maintain cash controls, cleanliness, safety, and assets
• review operating results and implement corrective action.
