What you'll do
- Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions
- complete clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, referrals, and documentation
- maintain a client caseload in accordance with agency policies, HIPAA, and Kentucky standards
- assess risk, create safety plans, and provide crisis counseling when needed
- participate in weekly case conferences, trainings, and team meetings.
