The therapist provides assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment, using trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR or Brainspotting when qualified, while collaborating with the clinical team and coordinating care to help clients work toward their goals.

What you'll do

• Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
• maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• collaborate with the clinical team and participate in consultation
• use creative interventions
• coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
• attend clinical meetings and training
• maintain a minimum caseload of 27 sessions per week.

Why this role

Requires Tennessee licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD; temporary licenses may be considered. Experience with EMDR or Brainspotting is of particular interest.
