What you'll do

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, or by email
• resolve general account inquiries
• process member transactions and related documentation within established limits
• maintain cash drawer controls and audit logs
• explain and cross-sell products and services
• maintain member records
• follow credit union policies and banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money-laundering requirements
• and support teamwork and community functions as applicable.
