Food Prep Cook

The Food Prep Cook role is onsite in North Miami Beach, FL, with compensation of $18–$19 per hour. Working with the head cook or chef, the cook prepares ingredients and simple recipes, stocks food stations, and maintains clean, sanitized work areas. This work supports safe kitchen operations and consistent meal preparation.

What you'll do

• Follow food safety guidelines and safety protocols
• assist cooks with simple recipes such as soups, sauce reductions, coffee, and tea
• read recipe measurements, meal charts, and labels in English and use measuring tools
• wash, sort, prepare, slice, and measure ingredients
• organize and sanitize prep areas and equipment at closing.

Why this role
