Preschool Teacher — Full-Time

Job overview

The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Enfield, Connecticut, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The Learning Experience’s mission is to create a happy, nurturing environment where children, families, and teachers grow together. The teacher creates a safe and engaging classroom, supports early learning and development through the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and builds relationships with families through updates about children’s days and milestones. The role contributes to children’s learning and well-being while working with teachers and center leadership.

What you'll do

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• share daily updates, photos, and milestones with families
• collaborate with teachers and center leadership
• model early-childhood education practices and guide assistant teachers
• comply with state licensing and safety standards.
