What you'll do

• Negotiate pricing and delivery for IT hardware, software, software maintenance, and professional services
• manage RFP/RFQ processes from creation through award
• evaluate suppliers
• place orders and provide purchase requisition and purchase order status
• analyze commodity spend
• enter requisitions and contracts into the procurement system
• support vendor and risk management
• negotiate contract terms with vendors and legal
• manage requests and guide users on procurement procedures.
