Procurement Manager

What you'll do

• analyze supply-chain disruptions and improve processes
• evaluate supplier performance
• collaborate with manufacturing and logistics on inventory and MRP planning
• identify suppliers and sourcing opportunities
• ensure compliance with procurement policies
• manage a purchasing team of 2–4 members and its KPIs, attendance, reviews, and disciplinary actions.
