• Remodel and prepare residential units for leasing
• review job scopes and work outlines
• perform carpentry and minor plumbing and electrical work
• handle painting, window installation, trim, flooring, and related turnover tasks
• purchase needed materials
• upload before-and-after photos
• track time and communicate material, equipment, and safety needs.
