Staff Accountant — Operational Reporting

What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• reconcile balance sheet accounts
• support monthly close and audit requests
• prepare financial reports
• analyze expense variances
• support inventory reporting, standard cost revisions, and forecasting
• manage accounts receivable aging and process credit memos and RMA transactions
• coordinate scrap tracking and related invoices
• reconcile payroll
• identify process and control improvements.
