What you'll do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling
• maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• participate in regular supervision and consultation for residents
• collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• attend team meetings and community-building events
• support workshops, psychoeducational groups, and community outreach
• uphold ethical counseling standards
• engage in ongoing learning around cultural humility, anti-oppressive practice, and trauma-informed care.
