Production Associate I — First Shift

The Production Associate I — First Shift role is onsite in Foreston, MN, with starting pay of $18 per hour; experienced candidates may be eligible for a higher rate. The associate assembles components to customer specifications and quality standards, monitors product quality, and follows safety and workplace organization practices to support reliable production.

What you'll do

• Assemble components, feed sanders, operate machinery, and work with glue
• monitor products for quality
• maintain an orderly work area under 5S standards
• follow safety procedures and report potential issues or machine malfunctions
• complete production documentation
• assist other work areas when needed and support coworkers.
