What you'll do

• Conduct substance use disorder and ASAM assessments and related clinical evaluations
• develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
• provide individual counseling and document progress
• facilitate therapeutic, psychoeducational, and recovery-oriented groups
• monitor progress and update plans as clinically indicated
• participate in team meetings, staffing, and discharge planning
• provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• coordinate with referral sources, families, providers, and community resources when appropriate
• maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
