What you'll do

• Support Microsoft business applications and operating systems
• monitor backups
• administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Cloud App Security, Intune, and Azure Active Directory
• provide basic WAN/LAN, router, firewall, Wi-Fi, and VPN support
• respond to monitoring alerts through service tickets
• document client environment changes
• communicate incident progress and planned changes
• route and escalate requests appropriately.
