The Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or Certified Nursing Assistant role is onsite in Lynn Haven, FL, supporting clients in Bay County and surrounding communities. Pay is $15 per hour. BrightStar Care provides in-home support to seniors and individuals who need assistance. The role helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life through personal care, meals, mobility support, and other assistance guided by client needs. Caregivers also observe and document changes, follow safety and confidentiality requirements, and communicate with the Director of Nursing as appropriate.

What you'll do

• Provide hygiene and personal care
• prepare and administer meals according to client diets
• take and record vital signs, height, and weight when necessary
• assist with range-of-motion activities and report observed changes
• assist with walking and transportation
• follow safety policies and protect client rights.
