• maintain a maintenance database
• monitor trends and service levels
• coordinate with real estate, construction, and operations
• process invoices
• track project and maintenance budgets
• prepare support materials and reports
• train maintenance providers
• process service agreements and close out projects
• support fitness equipment and tanning bed repairs.
