What you'll do

• Lead a safe, nurturing, engaging infant classroom
• provide individualized feeding, diapering, sleep, and daily care routines
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• create sensory, movement, language, and early learning experiences
• support development
• follow safe sleep, sanitation, health, and safety procedures
• observe milestones and maintain documentation
• communicate with families
• collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• maintain Michigan childcare licensing standards.

Why this role

Full-time Monday–Friday schedule. High school diploma or GED and professional childcare or early childhood classroom experience are required; infant classroom experience and a CDA, coursework, degree, or other qualifying credential are preferred.
