Regional Sales Manager, National Accounts

The Regional Sales Manager, National Accounts role is onsite in Crete, IL. Base salary is $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus a SIP bonus. The role supports Federal Signal’s Police Division revenue growth. The manager develops and manages national accounts across state police, OEM, federal, military, and outfitter channels. The role contributes to incremental booked business and the existing state-agency base through account planning, relationship development, sales forecasting, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Own the national-account plan for state police agencies
• build and execute annual plans for target segments
• achieve assigned revenue and gross-profit targets
• establish direct relationships with agency, OEM, federal, military, and outfitter contacts
• coordinate with regional and internal teams
• track pipeline, win/loss, capture rate, and replacement-cycle timing
• report against the three-year forecast
• represent Federal Signal at agency visits, OEM reviews, and industry events.
