The Junior Sales Representative role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA, with pay of $21–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Answer incoming and missed customer calls
• follow up with potential customers and open estimates
• help convert inquiries into appointments and repair opportunities
• schedule estimates and vehicle drop-offs
• respond to online leads
• log calls and follow-up opportunities in CCC
• use RingCentral to monitor and return missed calls
• assist with vehicle check-in and delivery
• maintain customer information and follow-up notes
• work with estimators and management
• learn the collision repair and insurance claim process.
