What you'll do

• Operate garbage trucks and waste collection vehicles
• collect, lift, and load waste and recyclables along assigned routes
• inspect vehicles and perform basic maintenance checks
• secure loads and follow company and DOT requirements
• maintain route, mileage, and disposal records
• follow safety and environmental rules
• report vehicle issues or unsafe conditions
• and provide courteous customer service.
