What you'll do

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts
• communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients
• maintain organized client files
• research legal issues
• prepare for and attend hearings
• represent clients in family court and contested custody matters as Guardian ad Litem
• conduct consultations
• advocate in hearings and mediations
• maintain case-management records.
