Caregiver

Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite in Carthage, TN, with assignments based on client needs. Pay is $16.50 per hour. Charis Hearts provides statewide homecare services through the TennCare CHOICES program. The caregiver provides non-medical support according to each client’s service plan, helping with wellness checks, daily living activities, documentation, and safety reporting.

What you'll do

• Perform client wellness checks
• assist with admission documents as needed
• help train other caregivers on activities of daily living in the client’s home
• provide non-medical support
• follow service delivery policies and individual service plans
• submit accurate documentation
• maintain client confidentiality
• report injuries and suspected abuse or neglect.
