The Managed Payroll Team Lead – Elevate Solutions Team role is 100% in-office in Rochester, NY, five days per week during designated work hours. The team lead guides and supports a client services team of approximately 6–10 account managers to sustain client satisfaction and service levels. The role monitors performance, coaches team members, handles escalated client issues, improves processes, and coordinates workloads and client assignments.

What you'll do

• Monitor team and individual performance using metrics and reporting
• develop learning opportunities and coach, train, and mentor account managers
• act as a first-level escalation point and engage directly with clients to resolve issues
• identify service risks and take steps to minimize disruption
• lead cross-team operational improvements
• coordinate workloads, priorities, client assignments, and resources
• provide clients guidance on HR and payroll practices and product fit.

Why this role
