What you'll do

• Provide direct care, medication passes, bathing, feeding, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, lifting, positioning, transfers, and vitals
• maintain resident records
• review service plans and report condition changes
• assist with activities and household chores
• communicate with residents, visitors, staff, and outside agencies.
