The Caregiver, In-Home Care role is onsite serving Lake Oswego, West Portland, and Downtown Portland, OR. Pay is $19.25 per hour for weekday day and evening shifts and $21.25 per hour for weekend and overnight shifts, plus a $0.25-per-hour technology incentive. Home Instead supports older adults in staying safe, comfortable, and independent. The caregiver provides individualized assistance and companionship in clients’ homes or assisted and independent living communities. The role helps clients with daily needs, follows care plans, and communicates changes or concerns to support their well-being and independence.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and support
• assist with personal care and daily activities
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• assist with medications as trained and permitted
• help clients move or transfer safely
• support clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia
• follow care plans and communicate changes or concerns.
