Maintenance Technician, Residential and Commercial Properties

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Clarksville, TN. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. The technician maintains Millan Enterprises’ residential and commercial property portfolio in coordination with property managers and maintenance staff.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technician for assigned properties
• coordinate priorities and schedules with the Property Manager and update work-order progress
• document jobs in AppFolio
• assess tenant-reported issues and complete repairs
• perform routine and preventive maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, fixtures, and appliances
• inspect and maintain property exteriors
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation and respond to tenant and vendor calls or texts when on call.

Why this role

At least three years of property maintenance or related trade experience is required. HVAC, CMRP, or similar certification is a plus; OSHA 10 or 30 is preferred. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, and weekend work may be needed.
